Pangasius Sourcing FAQ
1. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, packing, processor, and whether the order uses a standard or customized specification. Full-container orders generally offer the best commercial efficiency.
2. Can Nortrix arrange private-label packaging?
Yes. Printed bags, labels, cartons, and customer-specific packing can be coordinated subject to artwork approval, supplier capability, and minimum print quantities.
3. Can I request samples before ordering?
Samples can usually be coordinated after the target specification and commercial range are clear. Courier cost, sample cost, and import requirements are confirmed case by case.
4. Which Incoterms are available?
FOB, CFR, and CIF quotations may be discussed depending on the shipment route, product, and buyer preference.
5. Does Nortrix own the processing factory?
No. Nortrix is a trading and sourcing partner. We work with selected Vietnamese processors and coordinate the transaction according to the confirmed order.
